EMILIE MCGLONE   photographer / production artist     [Parties 4 Peace / Redbox ]

Born in Southern California, Emilie began traveling and producing events at a young age.  Having spent time working in Mexico in the 90`s, she was inspired to travel to Guatemala, Chile and El Salvador by 2002.  Soon after, she explored new horizons by moving to Asia and creating a new production group called Parties 4 Peace in Tokyo, Japan.  Using dance and music as a platform, Parties 4 Peace brings people together from all nations to promote peace and understanding. Parties 4 Peace invites DJs and artists to volunteer their time and talent to help raise awareness and fundraise for important International campaigns to promote environmental awareness, human rights and sustainability.  In 2004, Emilie began working as the International Coordinator for Peace Boat,  which is a Japan-based non-governmental and non-profit organization that promotes peace education and seeks to create awareness and action based on effecting positive social and political change in the world. Emilie has taken Redbox to an international level, traveling to various countries on Peace Boat and capturing Redbox in unique situations around the world.
